At MIT, in the Keating Lab, my computer science research centered
on developing algorithms to design proteins for preferential binding.
At MGH, I now work on developing microarray analysis tools and methods.
One of my main roles is to assist researchers in the successful design
and analysis of microarray experiments. Outside of work, I enjoy things
like photography, music, ministry, tutoring, running, sailing and
so forth - my interests are pretty wide. |
